What is your exchange policy?
All your watch winder purchases come with a 45 days exchange or return
policy. Within 45 days of receiving your watch winder purchase, you have the
option to return the product to us and receive a full credit toward the
purchase of any other products of equal or greater value.
What is your return policy?

guarantee. Shall there be any defect in the watch winders you have
received, or you are not satisfy with the winders, you can return the product to us within
45 days for a refund minus the cost of shipping.

Why don't you sell other brands of watch winders?
Based on the feedback from our customers, we are seeking automatic
watch winders that meet all of the following requirements:
Affordable and not Over-Priced; Quality Design and Manufacturing;
Aesthetic Pleasing (no cheap looking plastic or odd shaped windmill like
devices); and Full Feature Functions to meet all watch brands'
specifications. We have narrowed down to 2 brands that meet all of
these requirements after months of research. Before we offering these watch winders to our
customers, we've personally tested the two different brands ourselves with
our own watch collection, over a period of two and a half months.

Who is the manufacturer of your watch winders and how
is the watch winder manufactured?
The watch winders we sell are manufactured by ERS, an award
winning watch winders manufacturer. For information of the award
winning manufacturer and the manufacturing process, please refer to our

How long it takes to have the
watch winders shipped to my address?
Depends on the delivery location, within the USA or Canada continent, it usually takes
3 to 5 business days for the shipment to arrive. For
international delivery, it takes about 10 days for delivery. If you wish to have your order to be delivered
via express, please choose the "Express" shipping option once you check out.
In case my winder needed to be serviced, do you have a
local service center?
Yes, ERS have a local service center in California to service our
winders purchase in USA. Another center in Canada for our Canadian clients,
and one in Hong Kong to service our products in Asia, Middle East and
Europe. If you are consider buying another watch winder brand, make
sure they have a local service center, so you don't need to send it all
the way to Taiwan, China, Europe, or other far away destinations for
servicing. Not only would that be expensive but also inconvenience,
not to mention the extra custom tariff that is to be incurred.
Do you service other winder brands or watch?
Depends on which brands. We do offering service for other watch
winder brands at a cost. Please email us for details. We do
not provide watch repair or services, we only service watch winders
products.
